I understand that by filling in my information above that I allow, Ainsley Yoong, Real Estate Agent with Real Broker MB LTD, to provide the following services to myself: a) Finding real estate for the person named; b) Finding another person to engage in a trade in real estate; c) Showing or making representations about the real estate; d) Advising on the appropriate price for the real estate; e) Negotiating the price or other terms of a trade in real estate; f) Presenting offers to purchase or sell respecting a trade in real estate. This agreement commences upon the date I have given my information and will continue on an ongoing basis until written notice to terminate is given and is sent to ainsley@yoong.ca. If you are a buyer, there is no requirement for you to pay the brokerage any remuneration. If you are a seller and enter into contract with Ainsley Yoong & Real Broker MB LTD, you agree to pay the commission amount listed in the agreed upon contract.
